FOUNDATION COURSES. Our Foundation Eyelash Extension Course focuses on classic lashing technique, and is designed to help you learn and understand the fundamentals of becoming a lash artist. Our classic lash course demands precision, requires focus, and teaches skill, all while challenging students to push their limits .

Before Joining, please check regulations regarding eyelash extensions licensing in your state.

Previous Classic Lash training and competency is required to take the Volume certification course.

Eyelash Extension Training Schedule:

Lesson one: Rules and regulations, Health Code, Sanitation, Hygiene, and Proper Workstation Setup.

Lesson Two: Learning the basics of volume eyelash extension application including ingredient and interactions, isolation, glue use, and prepping the client.

Lesson Three: Technique. This will include an overview of proper technique by lecture, examples in your workbook and mannequin models. Because this is an advanced technique we will go in depth with creating the “perfect fan” of lashes, giving students a thorough understanding of why perfection is so important with volume lashes.

Lesson Four : We review the different eye shapes that you will come across and how to work with them to enhance and emphasize the client’s natural features and also make your work easier. We also discuss the types of fans and lashes to provide the best fit for each client.

Lesson Five: This will be a review of materials and will address and questions or concerns the student may have.

Lesson Six: Demonstration with mannequin in which the student will observe proper technique and application.

Break for lunch

Lesson Seven: Live Practice with the use of Mannequin heads with which the instructor will review the student’s technique and application process.

Live Model: Students will practice the basics of isolation and lash application using live models.

Review and Question and Answer session. The instructor will answer any concerns the student may be having and recap technique.

Live Model #2: Students, after having been familiarized with technique will now practice, learning ways to increase efficiency and to develop their skill.

Students will learn the finer points of volume eyelash extension application, including lash mapping, and how to best complement their client’s eye shape and natural lashes.

Final Review and Marketing: We will discuss marketing strategies, career search and industry expectations. Finally, Students will be given the opportunity to review any material.

At the end of each course, students will be awarded with a Lash Blvd Volume Eyelash Extension Certificate as well as given the tools and strategies to launch their careers as volume Lash Stylists!
